Description
The Level Up – Rockstar Instructor Training is designed to help certified SHINE Instructors level up their skills to Rockstar status. We will find the parallels between musician Rockstars and SHiNE Instructors as we learn about alter egos, stage presence, and how to make the perfect set list (aka playlist). You will learn the process that SHiNE choreographers use to connect with the music by applying the musical structure of a song to the routine. We will also explore 3 degrees of movement that will help sharpen our technique as dancers, identify 4 types of Instructors, and then learn how to tap into each type so we can reach the needs of our students. Lastly, we will review 20 action items which we can implement immediately to create die hard fans for life.
The training should take you approximately 8-hours of effort to watch all of the Lessons, take the Quizzes, and complete the Assignments. This course is fully self paced and can be done at your convenience. Note: You must be an active SHiNE Instructor to enroll in this course. Upon completion, students will earn AFAA (6 CEUs), and NASM (0.6 CEUs) and ACE (0.8 CECs).
