Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor
Our facility was in need of something fresh to bring to our students. YouTube opened my eyes to the awesome routines SHiNE had to offer. After doing some due diligence, I decided to sign up to become an instructor. I was certified by December.
This format has brought the love of dance back into my life. Although it's based around Top 40 music, the style of dance is diverse from hip-hop, to jazz, to ballet. There is something for everyone. The students absolutely love it. The energy I bring to the format flows to the students. The energy is felt throughout the room. It's not an exercise format but a lifestyle!
