Did you know that 1 in 2 adults have at least 1 chronic condition and out of those, 50% have 2 or more! Whether you choose to teach SHINE or SHiNE LIGHT we know that this training will equip you with the tools and resources to better serve your students. Everyone deserves to SHiNE so it is our job to learn how to best serve our students’ Individuals needs by having a better understanding of common chronic conditions so we can modify our moves and cues to make the class more effective and rewarding for all.

- Be one of the first to learn our brand new format, SHiNE Light! The training provides specific instruction on modification techniques and how to make your classes more inclusive! Afterwards, you will be eligible to be a licensed SHiNE Light Instructor and will receive 6 AFAA CEUs (awaiting approval for ACE CEUs).
- Social Media Workshop led by Frannie Wilson, Chief Visionary Officer at Ampersand Studios: Learn to tap into your individual brand and level-up your social media presence
- Dynamic Movement Workshop: Back by popular demand! We’ll break into small groups and learn how to move dynamically. We’ll then perform for each other. Learn Hustle and Big Energy ahead of time, they will be referenced often.
