SHiNE live trainings are conducted by the Founder of SHiNE Dance fitness, Kendall Nielson. Begin your SHiNE Instructor journey with our nationally accredited training which is rich in education and connection. You will leave feeling inspired, empowered, and eager to start your very own SHiNE tribe! Upon completion, you will have an immediate community of fellow SHiNE Instructors to support and encourage you, as you continue to learn and begin teaching classes.
Not sure you have what it takes? Experience has taught us that the #1 characteristic of a successful SHiNE Instructor is PASSION. You don’t have to be an experienced instructor or dancer in order to make a positive impact on someone else’s life. YOU ARE ENOUGH!

We are proud to be a continuing education provider for ACE (1.5 CEC’s), NASM (1.1 CEC’s) and AFAA (11 CEU’s) at no additional cost.

One month prior to your training date you will receive the study guide, a starter playlist w/ tutorials, and final details via email.
POST TRAINING DAY:
After training, you’ll be asked to submit a video for final evaluation doing the warm up and 2 routines. We ask that you submit this video within 30 days of taking the LIVE training. It takes up to two weeks to receive the results of your evaluation video. While this might seem intimidating or stressful, the feedback we have received from previous trainees is that is was the most valuable and impactful part of their training experience. We provide support during the entire process that will help you feel prepared and ready to rock your evaluation video.
