Hey y’all! SHiNE was my gateway into fitness. I got certified in SHiNE in 2020 and since then I’ve made fitness my career.

Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I walked into my first SHiNE class and felt at home. Kendall, the founder of SHiNE, ended up coming to my town and doing an in person training. I was nervous, but jumped in dancing feet first!
