Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I chose to become a SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor because it has the music that "moves" you! It's a dance party that no-one wants to leave. Getting to work-out to great music with great routines while strengthening and toning your body is a Win Win!
