#shinewithTasha I found SHiNE as part of my 2023 New Years resolutions! Obviously, I quickly formed an addiction! Although I'm fairly new to the fitness world (as of 2023!), I DO know dancing - and SHiNE is simply perfect. I am a very happy shine-sister! I'm a life-long dancer; growing up in the studio, so the dance studio has always felt like my second home. I am now a competitive professional dancer in country, swing, ballroom dancing...and I specialize in couples dance instruction. Yet still - SHiNE is the best training I get all week! I'm thrilled to be teaching this fantastic fitness format, both SHiNE and SHiNE Light! So, let's do it - Come SHiNE along with me! - I teach at a local YMCA; and at my studio, All About Dance, in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor
I became a SHiNE instructor because the one-and-only wonderful Colorado Springs instructor was moving away. SHiNE had become a very important part of my schedule, I never missed a class! I decided to get certified, and I was already a YMCA employee, so I was able to start classes right upon certification - I didn't even have to change my schedule. I'm totally lovin' it!!!Upcoming Classes
