Hello, I'm Stephanie! I am a former dancer of 18 years, and now I have the amazing gift of teaching SHiNE dance fitness! I am a busy mom of three young daughters, and have been married to my amazing husband Bryan for 16 years.

Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I adore the SHiNE community and the positive and supportive atmosphere it creates! And it is such a fun way to get a killer work out. I love the opportunity I have to teach people of all ages and physical abilities to love to work out.
