Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I absolutely love to dance! I also am not a huge fan of working out, so when I found Shine on youtube I was so excited to finally find a workout format that didn't make me feel like I was working out, more like dancing with my friends at the club! I am truly passionate about sharing my love of SHiNE and would love to share it with you too! I have previously taught other dance fitness formats for 8 years but quickly switched to SHiNE the first chance I got! From the amazing choreography team to the amazing community of instructors, SHiNE is a place of welcoming and family and everyone has a place here!
