Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I fell in love with SHiNE from the first class, and I wanted to share it with my community. There were a lot of dance fitness classes in the area, but nothing as fun and effective as SHiNE. The music, the choreo, the people... they're all amazing and I wanted to spread the joy.
