Hi all! I have been teaching dance group fitness for 9 years and teaching SHiNE Dance Fitness for since 2020. I have been certified in SHiNE Dance Fitness as well as SHiNE LIGHT. I currently teach SHiNE Dance Fitness at Southern New Hampshire University for students and faculty.

Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I became a SHiNE Instructor because of the supportive and positive culture of SHiNE Dance Fitness. The classes are not only effective, they're super fun too! I love sharing my joy for SHiNE with others!
