Hi, I’m Kara! I’ve been dancing my entire life. I became a dance fitness instructor at the age of 22 and haven’t looked back. When I found SHiNE, I knew I had found my people! I choreograph for the program and teach classes at HQ.
Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor
Dancing is what lights me up and fills my cup. Naturally I wanted to find something FUN that didn’t feel like torture to get a workout. I love that we add in toning elements and high intensity cardio while keeping the fun.Upcoming Classes
