Hi I am Julie. I am glad you are taking time to look at my profile. Shine Dance Fitness has been more than a great workout with new current routines each month. On a personal note I enjoy nature and camping, I love music and dancing. When I became an instructor I had no idea how much Shine would be a part of my life. Shine has helped me to cope with the many highs and lows in life . I also dance for the memory of those I have lost in the past. We adopt the motto "You do you" and as a class we support each other. We are a diverse group and I welcome everyone to come to our mid week dance party workout.

Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

Shine is uplifting and fun. I know as a nurse one of the single most important thing you can do for your health is movement. When I became older with responsibilities of daily life it became harder to go out and dance. Shine now gives me a place to dance and workout while sharing it with others. I want everyone to feel good in their own body and let everyone know that you are enough.
