Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

I became a SHiNE instructor because dance allows my mind to decompress from the stresses of daily life. SHiNE engages my mind and body in a way that allows me to leave my stresses at the door and be fully present in the moment. I became an UPLIFT instructor because lifting weights should be fun and UPLIFT is exactly that!
