My guiding motto, "It's not WHAT you see in the mirror, it's WHO you see." I hope to you on the dance floor!

Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor

Having always danced by the beat of my own drummer, I’ve sought a healthy balance between work, family and fitness. It hasn't always been easy, but after finding SHiNE, it sure has been fun! I became an instructor because I want to share my love of dance with others. Teaching SHiNE gives me the chance to workout, take a break from daily stressors, and have fun, all while spending time with some amazing humans. This is my favorite “side gig” ever!
