Annmarie Bedard

Annmarie Bedard, M.Ed. has a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a Master’s degree in education. She works full-time at Salem State University in Salem Massachusetts as the Program Coordinator in the Sport and Movement Science department. Annmarie joined the SHiNE instructorhood in September 2023. She has a true passion for teaching her classes and helping people reach their goals. On a personal note, she is a wife, a mother to five children, loves her shih-tzu and is an avid Pickleball player.
Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT Instructor
I love all things fitness, but my biggest passion is dance fitness! When I teach SHiNE Dance Fitness, I lose myself. It is so enjoyable I lose track of time. I love sharing this passion with others. I love everything about SHiNE Dance Fitness - it makes me feel like I am a part of something - not just fitness, but a movement.Upcoming Classes
