Why I became a SHiNE/UPLIFT InstructorI love all things fitness, but my biggest passion is dance fitness! When I teach SHiNE Dance Fitness, I lose myself. It is so enjoyable I lose track of time. I love sharing this passion with others. I love everything about SHiNE Dance Fitness - it makes me feel like I am a part of something - not just fitness, but a movement.
SHiNE DANCE FITNESS – SHiNE is a high cardio dance class that uses hit music combined with current dance moves that makes students feel confident and empowered. No dance experience needed.
